What is important to know for the process of choice?
1. Decide if you want pet class or show class or for breeding only .
Note :
The breeders always take into consideration what class you are looking for and if they are correct they will satisfy your needs. For the pet class it is not allowed to be used for breeding. If you use them for this the little pets won’t receive pedigree nevertheless their parents have may have it.

2. You should buy the pet from a breeding area that is with traditions and is in good odour with the other breeders. If you want to take good pet, check if the breeders has champions.
Note :
There are a lot of exchange markets, zoos, traders that offer pets with doubtful origin, without being in the standard and a lot of them are ill. These traders will tell you that these dogs are with guaranteed pedigree etc. Unfortunately that is false. The dogs are one month only but these people usually lie that they are 3 months, and that they will stay so little as now but of course that is the next lie. These so called traders will tell you that they will import the for you the most beautiful dog from Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia, the price will be between 500 lv and 1400lv. . In the most favourable case you will receive a dog that is a little similar to the Pomeranian and it would be miracle if it will survive in the next month.
That is the reason why you should be very careful when you buy dog.

3. If you buy a pedigree dog the breeder with great pleasure will tell you about the parents and you will get the possibility to see it. The conscientious breeder will give you the veterinarian passport of the dog with included all the vaccines , you will get information about the chip and so on. Ask what kind of nutritions they use and if analyses of the parents were made before. The loyal breeder with pleasure will get you announced with all that and also will help you with advices how to care for the pet.

4. Remember that not every pet with pedigree is an elite representative of his breed. The choice of the show class there is some specifics. Before making the step of choice you should read carefully the standards for this breed, see some pictures of the champions in this class in Internet, catalogues, etc. It strongly recommended to visit some exhibitions in order to obtain better view over the pets that are champions and what kind likes you most. You should get information by many-sided sources before take the final decision. |

5. You should know that the difference between mini spits and Pomeranian in 1,2 and even three months is hardly noticeable. |

6. It would be better to take your dog after it is on 3 months. The period before is with higher risk. |

7. After you take your puppy it would be better if it has already minimum one vaccine and if the dog is show class it is better to be older in order some defects to be omitted. The pet can be with the breeders till the teeth changed, of course if that is your wish.
Note :
If you buy your pet from other country you should know that it is obligatory to have 3 innoculations and one more for rabies and all of them should be included in the pet’s international passport. |

8. You should know that it is not absolutely compulsory your pet to look like its parents, it is possible it to look like its progenitors. |

9. It is important to know that most of the breeders take the excellent pets for themselves. Also sometimes they don’t publish in the webs that they will have little pets. So it would be better to write them and be patient- the beautiful things requre time. |

12. You should know that the teeth of the Pomeranian don’t fall alone by themselves. So after the 7 month visit your veterinarian in order to make this manipulation.
Note :
The untimely pulling off the teeth may cause defects in the biteplate.

13. The hair - if the puppy is more fluffy is a question of genes. The Pomeranians has so called “monkey period” between 3-5 months when the hair is not so thick. That is of course individual. между 3-5 месец .

The beautiful Irida is one year old and we will follow her development. Her vision is not still finalized.
Other puppies that are the same age may look different that way because it is individual and depends on their blood sides.

15. The price
It is important to know that a perspective dog with excellent parents with a possibility for show career and received from proved breeders costs more than pet class by the same breeder.
If you plan to have a dog for exhibitions you should know that not all breeders are acquainted with the quality of their offspring and they can sell you a mean dog for quite high price.
There is no price in the range 500-1000 lv for a Pomeranian!
Be very careful if you are proposed a pet at such price.
If you have decided to take a beautiful Pomeranian our advice is first to find the most appropriate breeder where are the pets you like most, not to go in the first breeder where there are pets for selling.
Usually the breeders that offer excellent specimen from the breed have reservations even before the dogs are born. If it is needed count in the list and wait- be sure that it is worthy.
